Amid ongoing public discussions surrounding candidate omissions and nomination disputes ahead of the 2027 general elections, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kogi East has recorded the clearance of its candidates across all legislative categories.
According to the Kogi East ADC campaign team’s confirmation, all its candidates contesting State House of Assembly, House of Representatives and Senate seats have been cleared.
The development provides clarity on the party’s candidate representation across the senatorial district and underscores the importance of proper nomination documentation, statutory compliance and transparent electoral administration.
