“We have come to express our heartfelt condolences to the family on the passing of Alhaji Ibrahim Idris. At a moment like this, words are often inadequate to ease the pain of losing a loved one, but we want the family to know that we share in their grief and stand with them in prayer.
“We pray that Almighty Allah grants him eternal rest, forgives his shortcomings and grants him Aljannatul Firdaus. We also pray that Allah gives the family the strength and fortitude to bear this great loss.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and with all those mourning his passing across Kogi State and beyond.”
Responding on behalf of the family, Suleiman Ibrahim thanked QS Aminu and the members of the delegation for visiting the family and sharing in their moment of grief.
“We sincerely appreciate QS Aminu and the entire delegation for taking the time to visit us at this difficult moment. Your presence, prayers and words of comfort mean a great deal to the family.
“We are grateful for this show of respect and solidarity. May Almighty Allah reward you all abundantly and grant our departed father eternal rest.”
